We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our services at UKCertificates. Please review our refund policy below for details on how we handle refunds.

Full Refund

If you have made a payment for our services but have not used them at all, you are eligible for a full refund. No justification is required in this case.

Partial Refund

If you have used our services, the refund amount will be calculated based on the following criteria:

• For each certificate printed, £3 will be deducted from the final refund amount.
• For each shipment made, additional charges will be deducted based on the postage method selected:
• £1.55 for 2nd class post.
• £3 for 1st class post.
• £4 for tracked post.
